Michelle continues to contribute to the mental health and addictions community by raising awareness through sharing lived experience narratives and creating complimentary and compassionately priced mental health resource options. She is trained in mental health first aid by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and holds a Master of Arts degree in Women's Studies and Feminist Research from Western University. Her undergraduate degree includes a double major in English and Sociology with a focus on gender and health.

Michelle has a special reserve of spoons for inclusive, diverse, and lived-experiences-led media interviews and inquiries. Please feel encouraged to email with collaboration and interview requests. Member of the BC Federation of Writers.
